fill88 uses Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity before processing the first withdrawal from any account. • fill88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your fill88 account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• In all cases where fill88 liability is established, fill88's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the PKR value of that Player's total deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits fill88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

fill88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, if fill88 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The Player's account has been or is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of fill88's platform;
• The Player has requested account closure under fill88's responsible gaming self-exclusion policy.

You may close your fill88 account at any time by contacting fill88 live chat support or using the account closure function in your fill88 account settings. Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any remaining PKR balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your last registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.
